Il nostro Staff

Lee, Founder

I’m Lee de Meyer, born and bred in South Africa to a Dutch mother and a Scottish father. I love the outdoors, sport, and staying active. I have been teaching English as a foreign language in different schools for the past 13 years and have been organising and managing these summer camps for the past 5 years. I hand-pick our locations both for what they have to offer and for the safety of your children. I also select the staff carefully and am confident that I have a winning team. I am looking forward to welcoming your children.

Paola
I am Paola, a teacher of English and Spanish for children, teenagers, and adults. I believe that language learning can be fun, which is why I use creative and practical activities that encourage students to express themselves and use the language in real-life situations. In my free time, I enjoy taking part in social projects within my community, participating in Erasmus programs, and spending time in nature. I have been part of the Terre Alte Summer Camp for over three years as a Team Leader, and I can say is a wonderful experience that helps young people grow, learn languages naturally, and develop both social and cultural awareness.
Leo
My name is Leonardo but everybody calls me Teacher Leo. I’ve been teaching English for 6 years at primary and secondary school in different schools. I believe in the learning by doing teaching and I firmly think that the way you teach can make the difference. I currently teach in three different primary schools and I also help my ex students preparing Cambridge exams. My goal as a teacher is to show that learning a language can be a great adventure, not just something to study but a key for the world. I love reading and walking in peaceful places; my passions are tennis and playing my guitar(s). I love a girl called Martina and my three cats Nina, Gio and Lost. I was a tutor for TerreAlte Summercamp last year and I must confess that I’ve never experienced something like that before! Summer weeks of fun, sport and adventure! I remember each day we had a different experience such as river trekking, rafting, trekking. The environment was outstanding and the general atmosphere was awesome. All the tutors were guided by the experience of a teamleader and all the activities led by local pros. I can’t forget the delicious food, the hotel and the brilliant staff. In my free time, I enjoy taking part in social projects within my community, participating in Erasmus programs, and spending time in nature.
